I have 10 years of experience in software development (the major part in Java). As a developer, architect or team leader I have been involved in many big projects for renown French companies.
I'm now software factory manager at eXo Platform (http://www.exoplatform.com). I'm responsible of methods and tools to increase the productivity of our teams and the quality of our products.
I began to use Apache Maven in 2003 and I joined the project as committer in April 2004. I became a member of its Project Management Committee in June 2005.
