I'm a software designer / team leader at the Software Engineering Services (SES) department of MiPlaza, which is part of Philips Research. SES has over seven years of experience in agile development, and we're still learning! Personally, I'm currently also project leader, which is interesting because it's a different perspective on agile than the one you have as a software designer.
