Wireless industrial Radio Remote Controlled Electric or Hydraulic Service Cranes

Wireless industrial Radio Remote Controlled electric or hydraulic service cranes are a great innovation of industrial wireless technology. This wireless industrial control system is generally used to greatly increase the jobsite safety by providing the operator the safest vantage point for tank truck equipment. This is a one-man control radio remote control system that eliminates a second person as it can instruct the operator where to position the tank. While using the system the operator has freedom of movement around entire worksite while setting tank precisely into position.

• This model is generally developed for proportional and non-proportional hydraulic crane applications which requires up to twelve radio remote control functions.

• The toggle switch controls with trigger available in this system provides variable speed control of all the hydraulic pump solenoids.

• It is also available with Split signal capability that literally allows combined boom movements including ‘up and sideways’ and ‘extend and winch down’.

• All the toggle switch controls must be activated first before trigger switch and speed control will work.

• The receiver unit of the system is totally weatherproof and it can be crane mounted and interfaces easily to all the crane electrical system with OEM style plug-in connector.

Transmitter Specification:

The transmitter unit is the most important part of the whole system. The transmitter is very powerful with a frequency range of 902-928 MHz frequency hopping spread spectrum technology. The transmitter is also available with optional 869.7 and 2.4GHz system. The transmitter has a normal transmission power of 100mw. The transmitter can work with a 56 bit DES encryption key method of transmission. An internal ‘on card’ PCB mounted antenna is also included in this system with a normal range of 500 feet. In case if you use external antenna you will get additional ranging power up to 2000ft.

The Transmitter is constructed in a rugged weatherproof polymer enclosure in order to ensure the durability of the system. The whole transmitter unit is controlled with rechargeable Lithium Ion battery which is also included with 12/24VDC charger. When charging is completed the battery can provide 30 hours continuous transmission power. An audible low battery warning and flashing low battery indicator is also available.
